**What we’re looking for from you to join our team**

The Income and Welfare Assistant is an exciting role supporting our customers at the start of their journey with Plus Dane creating a positive start and embedding the culture of Plus Dane as well as supporting our existing customers with Universal Credit.

As an Income and Welfare Assistant you will be collecting 1st week rent payments and processing Universal Credit Portal requests alongside other administrative duties.

Your role will be working closely with our Lettings and Income Team

You should have transferable skills, be enthusiastic, able to manage a busy workload, work to deadlines, be dynamic and comfortable working closely with customers and stakeholders.
