**Work Pattern: Mon-Thurs 8-5 Fri 8-2.30 Total Hours 38.75**

**This position is open to agile working, offering two days working from home and three days in the office**

Main Responsibilities

The main purpose of this role is to carry out a range of administrative activities at operational level to facilitate daily invoice and payment processing. The
**Accounts Payable Supervisor** will work to tight and demanding deadlines on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Overseeing the recording of all supplier related documents received daily
- Dealing with queries from vendors and queries internally with other departments within the business
- Responsibility for processing all supplier payments both manual and automatic.
- Assisting in cash flow projections monthly
- Creating and maintaining all Vendor Master Data on SAP
- Processing sub-contractor tax deductions
- Reviewing supplier statements reconciliations on an ongoing basis
- Project lead new developments within the department namely OCR implementation
- Maintaining and building relationships with Key Suppliers
- Reconciling GRNI on an ongoing basis
- Support and participate in collaboration activities to promote and implement continuous process improvement
- Other ad hoc duties as required
- Experience working in a high volume and value situation and also working to demanding deadlines on a weekly and monthly basis
- Previous accounting experience
- Excellent knowledge of word and excel
- Previous experience of working with SAP would be an advantage but not essential
