No prior experience is necessary and you will be provided with a full training programme to support you meet the needs of this role. The working day can be very unpredictable and you could find yourself doing a variation of duties to support your team as well as our young people.
- Meeting the needs of the Children and Young People in line with OFSTED regulations
- Qualifications/Experience/Requirements_
- To receive supervision in line with Quality Standards and to take responsibility for personal development and progress of individual training needs
- To carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager

Requirements for an Enhanced DBS and reference checking will be undertaken in line with government regulations and safer recruitment best practice. Whilst we endeavour to keep the recruitment process as short as possible due to the nature of these important checks it may extend the processing time.
