We’re looking for a talented, full-time Creative Producer to join our expanding Production Team.

This exciting role works across a variety of short and long-form content helping our clients communicate to their global audiences through engaging and effective storytelling. From international marketing campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands, to policy conferences for global NGOs, we bring our collective strengths to provide innovative content campaigns, adding value, experience and passion to our work.

We’re looking for someone who is well versed in handling projects from a range of clients and for a variety of corporate, commercial, TV and social platforms. We want someone who can handle everything from the pre-production stage all the way through to post-production and final delivery.

This role involves:

- Developing creatives
- Scripting and proposal writing
- Pitching to our clients and being their key point of contact from start to finish
- Managing the projects and production logistics
- Directing small-scale shoots
- Edit producing
- Setting and working within budgets.
- Experience producing both live-action and animation based projects is **preferable**.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
