**_What you will be doing_**
- We will give you specific responsibility for one of our depots which means that you will be required to develop strong relationships with our customers and our internal colleagues.
- Your main responsibilities will include quoting prices, taking orders and processing them through to completion, with the aim of increasing our customer base by working directly with customers and supporting the nationwide sales team.
- You will liaise colleagues in the hire desk team and support our depot network and transport team to ensure that we exceed customer expectations and agreed service levels.
- If you thrive in a busy working environment and enjoy delivering great customer service and can confidently convert enquiries in to orders we would love to hear from you.

Do you have what it takes_**
- Customer Service experience essential
- Can demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Confident user of IT packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience of telephone communications and dealing with potential difficult situations
- Team worker, happy to support colleagues where required
