A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen in our Community Support Service Team for a fixed term Rota Planner. If you have strong organisational, literacy and IT skills and would enjoy helping your team - get ready to show off those skills and apply

Our Community Support Service supports adults with a learning disability living in their own homes or in our supported living schemes.

We are looking for someone that is able to create and maintain the electronic rota for Support Worker appointments who work alongside clients to help them achieve and develop daily living skills and help enable them to realise their potential to live life to the full.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
- The ability to plan own workload and respond to issues independently.
- The ability to effectively organise own and team workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong ICT skills to be able to navigate through and use various electronic systems.
- The ability to exercise discretion in dealing with sensitive information to maintain strict confidentiality where appropriate.
- Communication skills to deal with challenging and distressed clients and staff on the telephone.

Additional Information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
