Sales Coordinator

Sweden’s Dellner Group incorporates two major divisions, Dellner Polymer and Glass Solutions based in the UK and the Dellner Bubenzer Group which is an industry-diverse global leader in the design and manufacture of braking systems for the material handling, crane & hoist, container handling, mining, marine, industrial, offshore, oil & gas, and wind energy sectors.

Dellner Polymer & Glass Solutions operates from 5 different sites across the UK providing technologically advanced vibration control, rubber fabrication and bonding solutions for a global market. Additionally, we design, engineer, manufacture, test and supply specialist glass and glazing products for the architectural, global rail, transport, security and museum showcase markets.

**Main Duties include;**
- to provide a professional and timely customer service and to liaise with all departments to rapidly and satisfactorily resolve open queries
- to coordinate all incoming enquiries
- to prepare and send accurate quotations
- processing customer orders, schedules and invoices
- liaising with HM Customs and Excise office with regards to exportation of goods and ensure correct classification and documentations are prepared
- to collate, prepare and present KPI data
- to support the Customer Services Manager with any other duties as required

**Specific person criteria;**
- Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience of ERP/MRP systems - particularly SAGE
- Customer centric with good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience in a similar customer services and sales administration role
