Career Financial Planning Administrator

We are supporting a very well known Financial Planning & Investment Management company based in West Sussex & Dorset.
This particular role is to be working from the West Sussex office and we are looking to recruit a full time career Financial Planning administrator. Ideally we are looking for someone that has worked within an IFA and / or an Investment company previouslyas this is not for a trainee or graduate.
The role duties to include but not limited to;
- Producing client portfolio valuations from various investment providers.
- Updating client database.
- Produce Letters of Authority for clients
- Produce any Letters/Forms required for switches.
- Ensure compliance requirements are met on all new business.
- Chasing of all new business cases
You will have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
You will have experience working with various platforms such as standard life/ Legal & General/ Aviva / Aegonetcetc.
You will be using or have used CRM systems such as Adviser office/ IO / FEanalytic's
Have a good understanding of Pensions & Investments and the administrative process involved with financial products.
Attention to detail is paramount for this role
Punctual, organised and well presented are attributes all required for this position.
