**We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, innovative and enthusiastic Registered Nurse, with a passion for continence to join our small friendly team. Good interpersonal skills are required, as is the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.**

**Working as an integrated member of the continence team you will provide effective care for people with bladder and bowel dysfunction across all three localities in the community.
