We are looking for a motivated team player to join our team providing supported housing for adults with mental health needs. Our services are delivered across two different sites around the city and are residential and day service settings. We are looking for someone who can;
- develop and implement support plans.
- be responsible for maintaining the Health and Safety of our customers and the building.
- oversee the work of our Housing Support and Recovery Workers to provide practical support to customers to prepare them for independent living.
- be comfortable lone working on occasions.

You will be someone with some experience of working with adults with mental health needs and a willingness to undertake training as needed. High levels of interpersonal skills are essential to the role.

Hours are worked in a varying shift pattern, 7 days per week.

As this role is public facing, applicants will need to demonstrate, at interview, their competency to converse and provide advice and guidance to members of the public, in spoken English to CEFR level C2: Can express him/herself spontaneously at length with a natural conversational flow, avoiding or backtracking around any difficulty so smoothly that the person with whom they are conversing is hardly aware of it.
