The Clerk ensures the efficient functioning of the Governing Body by providing:

- Effective administrative and organisational support;
- Guidance to ensure that the Governing Body is compliant with the appropriate legal and regulatory framework;
- Professional advice on governance, constitutional and procedural matters relating to the operation of the Governing Body in order to meet its statutory duties
- This is predominantly a home-based role but will require frequent visits to school and flexibility will be required

We are recognised nationally for our work in partnership with the national Autistic Society supporting autistic students within a mainstream school environment.
