**WORK PATTERN: Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00, 37.5 hours per week**

**ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE**

To provide pragmatic, commercial, and timely advice on all employee relations matters including, discipline, grievances, TUPE, absence management, restructuring and all HR Policies. You will also provide support to your line manager, and operational leads, on work across the Heathrow Campus as and when required.

Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner South, the role requires a versatile, diverse and experienced HR generalist who has a proven successful record of leading and delivering all aspects of HR and IR with dedication and passion, whilst keeping abreast with changes in employment legislation.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To act as the primary point of contract for all managers on ER cases in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure ER matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and Company requirements
- To log and update all ER queries for reporting purposes
- Work closely with your line manager to monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice
- To prepare employment tribunal responses and evidence bundles and work with the legal team to ensure financial and legal risk minimised
- To help managers implement initiatives to help drive continuous improvement and team member engagement in the business - To undertake coaching and training with managers to improve skills and knowledge in people management
- Develop and coach operational managers
- To work in partnership with the HR administration and Payroll Teams to ensure data records and consistency and accurately maintained - Giving advice on company policies, procedures and benefits

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Proven track record as an HR generalist
- Strong ER Knowledge
- Experience within an aviation retail, hospitality environment
- Used to work with high volume of work in a fast-paced business Able to prioritise effectively
- HR Advisor
- Attention to detail
- Experience of TUPE processes
- Ability to have discretion and confidentiality
- Experience of using HR Information Systems Knowledge of payroll and payroll procedures
