- Prepare and create a variety of ice cream flavors and desserts according to recipes and standards
- Operate ice cream machines and equipment to produce high-quality products
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and restock ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food production setting preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
