**Sales Consultant Job Description**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, genuinely charismatic, and skilled Sales Consultant responsible for continuing our fundamental relationships we have developed with our customers and their families over the last 136 years.

To be successful as a Sales Consultant you must first love what we do, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and thrive on working with people. A good Sales Consultant combines charisma, enthusiasm, and authenticity with product knowledge to create excellent longstanding relationships with our customers.

**Sales Consultant Responsibilities**:

- Continue to build and maintain excellent relationships with our customers.
- Work towards sales targets.
- Sell the company's products, services, and reputation.
- Complete all paperwork relating to a sale and services.
- Perform visual merchandising responsibilities with an eye for detail.
- Develop your knowledge on products and services
- Carry out minor repairs
- Undertake training courses
- Work as part of a small team
- Carry out service administration work

**Sales Consultant Requirements**:

- Have a genuine passion for jewellery, watches, people and sales.
- Experience working in Sales.
- Willing to commit to training and development
- Excellent verbal, written and IT communication skills.
- Have the ability to learn quickly
- Personable and charismatic personality.
- This is a shop-floor position and requires long periods on your feet and on many different levels, which involves flights of stairs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £11.44-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
