We are a passionate, family run service with over 25 years collective experience working with Children, Young People and Vulnerable Adults services across Gloucestershire.

You need to be face paced and able to problem solve, within a small team or on your own. Communication and honesty are vital.

Job specification:
Abide by health and safety requirements and legislation.
Installing high quality bespoke joinery in client’s houses (windows, doors, staircases, fitted furniture)

We povide wrap around support and housing for Children, Young People and Vulnerable Adults aged 16-25 where previous trauma continues to impact on their life and this role needs to ensure the needs of our young people are a priority.

Our young peoples home will have very challenging young people and we need confident staff that can see the young person behind the emotional and challenging behaviour.

**Key Responsibilities/ Skills**:

- Promote independence through individual support planning, empowerment, promoting life skills, positive, preventative approach and promoting development of managed risk
- To encourage individuality, confidence and self-esteem to achieve the best outcomes for our Children, Young People and Vulnerable Adults
- Working in partnership with team members and external agencies to ensure safeguarding
- Accurate record keeping
