My client is a Market Leading Energy Organisation that serves customers globally with over 12,000 employees. They provide power utilities and industries worldwide with equipment, systems and services to bring power reliably and efficiently from the pointof generation to end power consumers.

This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to utilise your excellent managerial qualities and technical production expertise as Site Leader for an innovative manufacturing facility with over 100 staff.

**The Role**:
The scope of the site leader will cover the following operational and support functions: EHS, Project Management & Project Engineering, Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, Quality, Sourcing, Lean, Technical Tendering and Project Management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and drive actions to continuously improve key performance indicators
- Visible and active leader, promoting a working environment to achieve commitment and excellence in EHS, quality, customer service, engineering and productivity,
- Provide leadership with awareness of employee needs at all levels of the site, ensuring employees are engaged and tied to the overall business strategy.
- Leverage data and analytics (6-sigma, Lean management techniques, and fastworks) to approach problem solving.
- Partner with the global product line and commercial teams to coordinate priorities to ensure delivery of broader business objectives.
- Coordinate preparation and communication of monthly site operational results to the product line and business leaders.
- Own Capital Expenditure to get to necessary capacity and capabilities to meet customer requirements and business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- 5-10 years industrial background
- Experience in design to spec manufacturing is a must
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams
