As a **Support Worker, **you would provide floating support for CCP's expanding **Independent Living Support Services** which houses young people leaving care in Herefordshire** **and surrounding counties.

You would ensure that you are providing the highest quality of support in line with **Ofsted Standards.**

This is a **Part-time role, 22.5 hours a week** working a mix of Mornings and Evenings and alternate weekends. With £14,280 salary and extra earning potential through sleep shifts. Although this position is not for waking nights, there is the opportunity to top up your pay by doing sleep shifts at £80 a night. (1 sleep per week = an extra £4,160 per year)

- ^^Contracted staff only. Business mileage (45p a mile) is paid for any daily miles over and above the distance from your home to the allocated workplace location and back. You'll need a _well-maintained vehicle with valid tax, MOT and _Insurance covering business use._
