**Grade/Salary**: Grade 7 - Range - Point 21 to Point 25, Full time, all-year round equivalent £28,900 to £32,020

**Actual salary (term time only based on Level 3 Qualified)**:
**Full time (37 hours) salary for 39 weeks/year**: Range - £25,248 to £27,972

Due to exciting growth and expansion within our nurseries in the Tewkesbury, Stroud and Dursley areas, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Early Years Lead to join our friendly and professional Early Years team within the Aspire Foundation. This role will work across multiple sites.

Our vision is for all children and families to aspire and achieve and a child’s wellbeing is at the heart of our provision.

You will be passionate about making a difference and using your understanding of child development to promote each child’s happiness and supporting them to follow their interests, explore, learn and reach their full potential.

You will be a good communicator, who enjoys working with others as part of a team, with knowledge and experience of providing stimulating and exciting environments, rich in learning experiences.

Although this is a leadership role, you need to be creative and be able to tell stories and sing songs, play games, enjoy messy play, and be happy to be outdoors in all weathers.

**Salary details**:
**37 hours TTO for 39 weeks**: £25,248 to £27,972 (approx. core hours 8:30am - 4:30pm)
