Other shifts run Monday to Friday from 7.45, and the clinic is open until 20.00 three days per week.

**Responsibilities**

Main duties include:
Opening the building and setting up the practice for the day

Washing, ironing and folding gowns

Making sure that all areas are clean and well stocked and ordering stock when needed

Greeting patients at the door and showing them to reception / treatment rooms

Taking payments and cashing up

Answering the phone and making phone calls to patients

Make / edit new bookings on our private practice booking system. Basic computer skills needed however you will be shown how to use the user friendly system.

Make tea / coffee and heat up lunch ahead of chiropractor's break times and lunch

Any other duties required

**Skills and Qualifications**

Previous experience in a customer facing role highly desirable

Some experience in using a computer, full training will be given

Confident to count and reconcile cash

The ability to lone work, multitask and prioritise tasks

Represent the business with a friendly and positive attitude

Have good practice in confidentiality

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5.75 per week

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
