Brief
Quality Inspector needed for a leading aerospace organisation with offices Kent are looking to employ a number of experienced and well-rounded Quality Inspectors that take pride in their work.
As a Quality Inspector within our operations business, you will be working as part of a small flexible team with responsibility for planning, repair and supporting the release of Civil aviation equipment to our customers.
You will be given the opportunity to work as part of the successful project team liaising with different stakeholders and being part of the integrated Project team.

**What the role of the Quality Inspector entails**:
**Some of the main duties of the Quality Inspector will include**:
Ensuring that release activity is performed expediently and meet all applicable internal and external quality standards
Producing and signing relevant release certification (EASA/CAA Form 1's)
Documenting and reporting any failures of product
Preparing failure reports coordinating release activities with customers
Coordinating activities with internal logistic
Contributing proactively to improvements
What experience you need to be the successful Quality Inspector:
Experience in an engineering or manufacturing background gained within the aviation industry
Knowledge and experience in a Part 145 maintenance environment gained within the Civil aviation industry
Quality first mind set
Knowledge and experience of a maintenance environment
Customer facing experience both internal and external
Experience interpreting standards
Competent IT skills
HNC or equivalent working experience
