As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be engaging in conversations to find out your customer's needs, providing information to our new and existing customers about the full range of financial products and services that we offer. About our Society

Darlington Building Society is an award-winning organisation, and our vision is to be a thriving, independent regional building society that creates a feeling of pride amongst its staff, members, and community.

We have 9 branches from Stockton to Northallerton, via Bishop Auckland, Barnard Castle, Redcar, Middlesbrough, Guisborough and Yarm. Shift Pattern: Part-time - (27.15hrs) 2-week working pattern; Work 2 out of 4 Saturdays
Location: Yarm (will cover other Branches within the Area of Northallerton & Stockton)
