Due to expansion, we are looking to employ hardworking, motivated individuals, with a strong work ethic to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role you will be responsible for performing all aspects of Fencing and Labouring duties across multiple sites. You will be asked to report to our yard in Errol, PH2 each morning.

**Duties and skills required include**:

- Taking direction from managers, supervisors and team leaders and be capable of following instructions.
- Assisting your team with carrying out tasks for that day, showing willing to learn and take control of designated, specific tasks.
- Loading materials on to trailers/vehicles, reading job cards, recognising material descriptions and keeping accurate counts for team leaders/managers.
- Working away from home on projects, this could be on a weekly basis, but financial benefits are given to those staying away from home, plus paid accommodation.
- Operating various types of equipment and machinery.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job (lifting heavy loads).
- Assist contractors and tradespeople on the worksite.
- Clean up and prepare the job site for the working day

**Training Opportunities**:

- Trailer license for applicants that show progression within teams and have a requirement for towing trailers.
- Chainsaw training/tickets will be provided to applicants that show an interest in tree works or looking to take on responsibilities within that role.
- Plant cards for applicants that have experience or show confidence with machinery, and are seen to be proactively looking after equipment.
- First Aid training and Health and Safety training.
- Supervisory/Management training for this who positively take control of situations and receive appropriate feedback from the management team.
- Progression is available for members of any team that show leadership qualities and have the capacity to take on additional responsibilities
