**About our School**

Hillcrest Shifnal School is undergoing an exciting project to grow our site and our current offer. This project will consist of a nurture space and vocational areas such as construction, catering and hair & beauty. This growth means we are looking to expand our staff team and we hope that we can find the perfect person to join the Hillcrest Shifnal team.

We are a small school on the outskirts of Shifnal with stunning grounds and rolling countryside surrounding us. Our staff are dedicated to delivering education in a therapeutic and trauma informed way.

As part of our new structure, we have an opportunity for an Assistant to the Pastoral Lead. This role will work closely with our Pastoral Lead and Senior Assistant to provide support to our pupils pastorally as well as administrative support with reporting and recording. Our vision for this role is to create a team headed by the Pastoral Lead which will focus on behaviour and attitudes as well as supporting staff to develop their teaching in a therapeutic way. The more nurture we provide for our pupils, the more they will thrive.
