Data and Performance Officer

We are seeking a **Data and Performance Officer **to manage the examinations for **Lincolnshire's Young people's Learning Provision (YPLP).** You will be responsible for all aspects of examinations and qualification management including registration process, oversight of examinations across all **7 YPLP sites**, ensuring all sites are compliant with the JCQ requirements, Invigilation of exams, Invigilation of portfolio qualifications and coordination of external verification visits. The Performance officer will be responsible for the correct recording of qualification data on the MIS system and with the examination boards.

**About the Team**:
**YPLP** is a service, provided by **Lincolnshire County Council's Children's Services** to offer alternative education to young people aged 16-24. **YPLP** offers young people **Study Programmes, Traineeships and Supported Internships** on a roll on roll basis in 7 sites across Lincolnshire. It is a service that has mobile priorities and staff take pride in making a difference to the lives of the young people they support.

**About You**:

- have great communication skills
- have an eye for detail
- be very organised
- be IT literate
- be able to follow and interpret guidelines to ensure compliance
- be keen to learn
- previous experience of examination and verification processes

The postholder will be be required to travel to various locations in and around Lincolnshire in a timely and flexible manner.
