As Football Academy Bournemouth We providing football coaching sessions for children of all abilities. We are supportive, creative and growing club, our goal is to connect Grassroots with Professional Academy's Football - everyone deserves the chance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies for team success.
- Motivate players to reach their full potential.
- Organise and lead practices and drills.
- Develop a plan for scouting and recruiting new players.
- Analyse game footage to identify areas of improvement.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaches.
- Develop a positive team culture.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
- Uefa B license
- FA Level 2 Coaching
- experience

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 3 - 12 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£30.00 per hour
