My Client require a Project Manager to start work on a Project ASAP. The role will primarily be home based but as and when there is a need for face-to-face client/ stakeholder meetings these can be held around Europe. More specifically the Scandinavian Regionand the Netherlands. The UK meetings will be held across various locations. (All travel will be expensed)

**Role Synopsis**

The project aims to deliver a global mandate to manage a fund structure of over 350 entities. We look to provide the client with a global operating model, which consolidates their current 15 global service providers at SPV level down to one. This mandatewill provide the client with a centralized and more lean outsourced solution for its; Finance, Tax Compliance, Corporate and Administration services. This will include onboarding and mobilization of the entity governance element of this transition and we willlook to leverage existing our technology, provide the client with an interface to engage and instruct on fund management change.

This project requires someone with strong stakeholder management skills as they will be dealing with senior stakeholders across our regions globally.They will need strong business change Project/Programme management skills as well as the ability to workwith IT project managers and 3rd party clients.

**Relevant Experience**
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- An established Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ proven practical experience working as a Project Manager in a change environment with a proven ability to deliver successful projects using structure methodologies
- Strong financial business background to deliver accurate forecasting, control and book-keeping of costs and benefits throughout the project’s lifecycle
- Demonstrable experience of delivering complex change, ideally in large organisations
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with tenacity, confidence and resilience to deliver high quality results
- Experience in leading large business and technology transformations in financial/regulated organisations
- Able to quickly form robust partnerships with all stakeholders and sponsors including at Executive level
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and lead large international teams
- The ability to collaborate and communicate concisely across various internal & and external functions
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, attention to detail, outstanding follow through skills and the ability to work independently
- Ability to facilitate business challenge to the status quo and enable business innovation.
- Proven ability to define and leverage project resources and budgets
- Relevant experience in financial/professional services industry with exposure to regulatory processes and controls
- Working knowledge of project management software tools such as PPM, MSP, Jira, Confluence.

**Benefits**
