Secondary Education Resourcer /Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Education - Leeds

We are actively recruiting for a recruitment resourcer/trainee consultant to join our very busy Leeds team. We've had an extremely successful academic year and we're looking to add an enthusiastic individual to join our Secondary team due to expansion andgrowth.

The Leeds branch opened in 2017 and over the years we've built a large number of fantastic relationships with schools across Yorkshire based on our honest approach. We currently cover Primary, Secondary, SEN and Private Day Nurseries across Leeds/Bradford/Kirkleesand will be looking to expand massively over the coming months.

We're wanting to hire somebody who has a passion for quality, can work in a fast paced environment, has a passion for education and can build relationships easily. The main areas of focus will be recruiting Teaching Assistants, Support staff and teachersfor Secondary Schools across West Yorkshire. This role would potentially suit a graduate who is looking for their first step into a sales/recruitment environment. With the ability to join a relaxed and ambitious team of individuals who are becoming one ofthe biggest teams in the company, now is a great time to join.

You will be responsible for;
- Creating eye catching adverts and advertising vacancies
- Building brand new relationships with schools across the area
- Scheduling and attending school meetings to develop further business

Key Requirements for the role;
- Have a natural curiosity and passion for learning
- Resourceful, adaptable and a strong team player
- Knowledge in the education sector would be advantageous but not essential
- Enthusiasm towards your career and success is a must
- Resilience and target driven
