**Salary**: £76,650

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Being accountable for the implementation of multiple IT projects in keeping with the company’s standards and principles.
- Being accountable for the full project lifecycle and management of the outsource supplier to deliver including schedule, quality, and budget responsibility.
- Working within the IM&T function to deliver the business’s strategic and business objectives
- Creating a consistent and effective approach to portfolio management and investment
- Establishing a suitable portfolio structure to deliver the necessary project capability to support delivery of the road map and business objectives
- Delivering a complex series of related projects, effectively managing their interdependencies, and ensuring resource availability to support prioritised opportunities
- Building and managing meaningful and supportive relationships across the organisation
- Creating development paths for key roles based on the SFIA framework

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Formal and current Prince 2 or APM qualification
- Proven experience as a project portfolio or programme manager
- Proven track record of delivering multiple high value projects as part of a programme or portfolio
- Proven experience working with large organisations at senior management level
- Proven experience in management of outsourced suppliers

**The IM&T team**:
The Product Fulfilment team is one of four Product Groups within the IM&T function. Product Fulfilment is responsible for providing the IT capabilities that are required by the core delivery functions of the business (such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Project Delivery), and those which support it (such as HR and Finance).
