Exams Administrator

Seven Education is looking for an Exams Administrator to work as a temporary member of staff within Carshalton as a part of South Thames College Group.

**The role**:
An Exams Administrator takes responsibility both individually and as a team member for all aspects of examination administration in liaison with stakeholders who include awarding body contacts, examiners and inspectors, senior management, teaching and administrationstaff colleagues, students and parents. Some knowledge and experience of working in exams is preferred but demonstration of relevant administrative, communication and organisational skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail, is a pre-requisite.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Keep up-to-date with Quality Improvement initiatives and be aware of, and meet, service standards for both the exams team and the Directorate.

Participate in the Professional Development Programme and undertake training as required, including all areas of office technology.

Propose any ideas that may help to promote and extend the College's reputation and efficient running of the College.

Work safely, consider the safety of others and work within the guidelines stated in the College Health and Safety policy.

Perform other duties as may be required by the Principal, Head of College, Directors or their representatives in order to ensure the efficient functioning of the College.
