An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and committed individual to join the Regeneration Division.

The post holder will be required to undertake a wide range of valuations, disposals, acquisitions, landlord and tenant and estate management duties on behalf of the Authority.

Applicants should be working towards a professional property qualification and be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in all aspects of property matters.

You will need to be able to communicate effectively in Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level
