L&d Coordinator

As the Learning and Development Coordinator you will support the Learning and Development Services Manager and deputise in their absence.
You will lead by example, prioritise workload and support the central team whilst ensuring the department provides a high quality, effective and efficient support to all L&D activities across the Watches of Switzerland Group.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the L&D Services Manager and deputise in their absence
- Support the central admin team
- Ensure the department provides high quality, effective and efficient support to all L&D activities across the group (incl. development programmes, induction, sales workshops, brand training and eLearning platform admin)
- Compile reports for eLearning
- Lead by example and ensure department standards are upheld
- Assistant with scheduling courses, sourcing venues, designing and sending course invitation
- Creating workshop materials & liaising with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely distribution
