Bennett and Game are currently in communications with a progressive, growing RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice in Chelmsford who are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist. Specialists within Architecture, Urban Design and Interior Design, theyhave a consistent range of projects now and in the pipeline so are looking to continue the growth of the company into 2023 to assist with this.

The most successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have 5+ years' experience post qualification and have a varied background in order to be adaptable in the workplace. Our client is looking for a team player who is able to work closely with fellowTechnologists and Architects. You will be collaborating with them to produce distinct, sustainable, and high-quality buildings and environments that will satisfy the needs of their clients, consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and end users. You will berequired to work on a wide range of projects from one-off housing to major residential/mixed-use developments from concept to technical design.

Our clients next recruit must display enthusiasm and motivations which align with the Practices ethos and expectations. This Senior Architectural Technologist will work directly under the supervision of one of their Associates and will be setting expectationsand standards for more junior colleagues in the team as you will be running and managing projects.

**Senior Architectural TechnologistPosition Overview**
- Site visits to communicate with external Stakeholders
- Creating detailed technical drawings for building regulations, tender and construction working drawing packages
- Managing and coordinating a project team
- Providing technical expertise across a variety of projects from inception to completion across all RIBA stages
- Working on a range of projects mainly within the Residential sector
- Opportunity to work in the following sectors housing, commercial, education, leisure, mixed-use developments, listed buildings and conservation.

**Senior Architectural TechnologistPosition Requirements**
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- 3D modelling software experience - Ideally Revit or ArchiCAD
- Proven technical ability (Portfolio is beneficial)
- Excellent knowledge of Building Regulations
- Project running experience
- Strong Background working in the Residential Sector
- Previous experience working with / for design & build contractors and housebuilders
- A Driving license is essential to allow for site visits when needed

**Senior Architectural TechnologistPosition Remuneration**
- Competative Salary (£35,000 - £45,000 DOE)
