About the role (Where, who, what, why and When)

Where: Our Client is based in Lewisham SE13

Who: Cannot disclose at this stage, however what we can tell you is the property company in question now has numerous offices in various locations in London and Kent and won multiple property awards with a proven track record of training and promoting theirstaff. They have been in the industry for many years and still going strong.

What: We are on the lookout for someone who has good organisational skills and a fair amount of knowledge about property, ideally already having worked as an Administrator for an Estate Agent previously.

Why: Due to someone leaving they are now looking for someone to take their place.

When: They are looking for someone to ideally start ASAP

- Attending daily Meetings with your manager and colleagues to talk through your day
- Prioritising workload for the day
- Answering phone calls that come through to the office
- Sorting/arranging Paperwork for buyers, sellers and solicitors
- Sorting the payment of invoices/bills
- Ordering Stationery
- Diary Management for colleagues/staff
- Staying up to date with legislations
