Installation Mate

We are seeking an installation mate to work as part of a team carrying out air conditioning installations throughout the South West. This will involve assisting installation engineers working in domestic properties, offices, schools, shops, factories and building sites. The individual will be require

The individual will be required to be flexible with regard to working hours, as although our normal working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm (with a 1 hour lunch break), often there will be the requirement for early starts, or late finishes and sometimes both There will also be an occasional need for evening or night work, and even some weekend working. A premium rate of pay is applied for any work undertaken outside of our normal working hours. Whilst most of our work is carried out within travelling distance of our Torquay office, the individual must also be prepared for occasional work away from home. Accommodation and subsistence expenses are provided for this. Pay would be dependant of age and any potential experience. There would be 20 days paid holiday in addition to all Bank Holidays per year. Work wear and all PPE equipment would be provided, along with any relevant training. Individuals will require a current CSCS ‘Skillcard’, and we will assist any applicant to achieve this basic Health & Safety qualification.
