**Logistic Administrator**

Overseeing all supply chain operations.

General Administration Work

Please use design tracker/customer filled in delivery schedule to book the deliveries.

Contact all customers to request and book in their delivery of panels to site.

Form to be generated regarding 3 day storage notice.

Organising delivery charge notices when deliveries are cancelled late notice.

Organising and managing inventory, storage, space and transportation

Be solely responsible for all goods coming in and all goods going out - complete management of the yard space.

Analysing and optimising logístical procedures.

Reviewing, preparing delivery purchase orders and booking all deliveries.

Ensure PODs are received on each delivery, coming in and out of the yard. Please ensure photos are being taken of all deliveries going out and include stack numbers and plot number.

Weekly stock take with factory supervisor and update daily.

Addressing and resolving delivery and stock issues.

Record and address customer complaints.

Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of each project.

Monitoring deliveries, costs, timelines, and productivity, including generating and issuing delivery schedules.

Liaising with suppliers when items are missing from the order, not arrived/late or incorrect.

Answering customer queries.

Keeping track all of important documentation such as MOTs/Tax/ insurances/Operator license paperwork.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
