Right now, we’re looking for an EV Charging Infrastructure Delivery Team Manager to join our ever-growing E.ON Drive team within our UK Solutions business. Within this role you’ll be responsible for leading the Technical Delivery Team to support the E.ONDrive growth plan as well as shaping and supporting E.ON Drive operational strategy and vision. You’ll be accountable for leading a delivery function which provides a high class customer experience and ultimately achieves total installed revenue and growthtargets.

As the EV Charging Infrastructure Delivery Team Manager you will lead and manage all design and build activity and develop the E.ON Drive installation experience to win for customers. You'll be responsible for leading and developing the E.ON team to achievebest in class by providing coaching and mentoring support while also taking a hands on role with key strategic or innovation projects. All of which will accelerate the development of E.ON Drive as a high performing team with high colleague engagement.

**Other key responsibilities include**:

- Manage all day to day activities of the Delivery Team which ensure a high quality customer experience from project conception through to commissioning.
- Act as a point contact for key infrastructure partnerships in the UK, developing a strong working relationship with project, funding and innovation partners as well as customers.
- Ensure installation activity is done on time and to cost to support delivery of installation revenue targets and highlight any opportunities / risks to delivery.
- Work alongside other UK Solutions functions and e-mobility teams from other regional units to support overall delivery.
- Oversee the sub contractor framework agreement (internal and external supply chains) and maintenance framework agreement, including sub contractor management and asset maintenance and monitoring.

**What we need from you**
- Project management skills and related experience with a proven track record on a variety of energy and/or M&E projects.
- Proven skills in managing multidisciplinary as well as varying capability project teams.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with others.
- Substantial knowledge of current legislation with regards to HSSE, construction and services installation.
- Thorough understanding, detailed experience and formal training in C(DM) responsibilities.
- Proven inter-personal and effective communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and customers at all levels.
- A flexible multi-tasker, able to cope with constantly changing priorities and environment and the ability to manage and resolve conflict.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness for regular UK travel (including some international travel when required).

**It would be great if you had**
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification.
- Chartered Engineer status.

**Here’s what you need to know**
- The salary range for this role is £58,637 - £74,042.

- This role is based in the Midlands or North West with regular UK travel.
- This is a permanent role.
