RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a leading insurance company with a global footprint, who has a great opportunity for an Insurance Administrator. The company is moving into an expansion phase, is progressive and ambitious, has a policy of promoting from within and has a dedication to professional training and progression.

What will you do as an Insurance Administrator?
- Respond to customer enquiries and advise on products and services; procure and issue policies and renewals in accordance with current guidelines and take payment for same. Deliver a high level of customer service and cross sell products where appropriate.
- Implementation of new systems within the platform to enable the company to perform its operations in a paperless environment.
- Input data into the software system and maintain timely, accurate reporting.
- Liaise with clients and all other stakeholders regarding clients’ claims or clients’ insurance needs.

What do you know that makes you a great Insurance Administrator?
- Previous office based administration experience is essential.
- Fluent in English and a good level of Spanish is essential
- Any knowledge of insurance products policies, procedures, clients
and markets is an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Customer experience focused.
- Good excel knowledge.

Salary £18k - £22k based on experience with bonus and benefits package.
