Bar Assistant - Cookridge Hall Golf Club - Leeds, West Yorkshire

In the role of bar assistant you will have the opportunity to work in a busy golf club environment which provides food and beverage for members, guests and visitors of the golf club. We offer a wide range of services which include daily restaurant service, serving of alcohol/non alcohol drinks, serving team matches and corporate golf days.

The person wishing to fill this position must be confident and self motivated, with a team ethos.

At least 2 years experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred and must be 18 years of age or above. Hours to be 15 -30 per week.

**Must be 18+ due to licensing laws.**

To assist the bar supervisor in the effective running of the bar, delivering a high level of customer service and maintaining the high standards set by the company.

Duties to include;
- Open and close the bars including cashing up, and locking up buildings
- Serving food and drinks
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness behind the bar
- To problem solve and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist in the set up of events
- A pro active approach to work
- Weekends, evenings and bank holidays
