Senior Town Planner

**Responsibilities**:
Providing high quality planning consultancy advice to clients including:

- Management of Mineral, Waste and Renewable planning projects
- Project costing and budgeting;
- Local Development Plan Representations;
- Planning Appeals and Enforcement;
- Production and coordination of Environmental Impact Assessments;
- Review and comment on technical reports;
- Company Representation at planning committees and public consultation events;
- Business development and Strategic Planning;
- Developing new and existing client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to degree level or hold a relevant planning/surveying qualification;
- Have a good knowledge of town planning legislation, policies, and procedures;
- Be a full member of the RTPI/RICS (or equivalent body).
- Five year’s relevant post qualification experience through industry, consultancy or the public sector;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
