Consumer Assistant Panel Leader Female, Non-smoker

**An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our global manufacturing client, responsible for brands such as Sure, Lynx and Dove, are currently looking for an Assistant Panel Leader (female, non-smoker) based attheir Research and Development site in Seacroft, Leeds.**

**This is a full time temporary role, for 6 months working a 37.5 hour week Mon-Fri, paying £25,000 pera nuum, pro rata.**

**Due to the sensitive nature of the role and close contact with other women, we will be recruiting FEMALE, NON SMOKERS ONLY**

The job holder will support the Deodorant Panel Leader to deliver insights to shape aerosol, stick, roll-on and body spray products and claims. They will be required to deputise for the Panel leader for two days a week and cover absences in other areas ofthe consumer centre team.

**Responsibilities include**
- Oversee day to day studies of panellists.
- Ability to carry out statistical analysis, identify issues and trends for consumer centre testing in antiperspirant efficacy testing, sensory, using the required software. Training will be provided.
- Data monitoring for all panel ensuring high quality data.
- Assisting coordination of team of 2-3 technicians.
- Coordination of visits and induction to the consumer centre, including presentations
- Proactive problem solving and raising issues to Assistant Panel Leader.
- Support with panellist and technician training.
- Report writing and checking.
- Communication with external agencies
- Flexible to cover holidays and sickness and other related team tasks as required.

**EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience and confident with statistical analysis, ideally quantitative multiple comparison testing
- Hold a degree with statistical content, and ideally science/consumer based
- Qualified GCSE level C or equivalent in Maths, Science, English
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Experience dealing with members of the public and excellent people skills
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and proactive problem solving
- IT literacy including being fully operational in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook),
- Some basic sensory, fragrance or clinical trial experience is advantageous
