Due to continued growth the position of **Senior SHE Advisor/ SHE Advisor** has become available to join newly established team based in **Heathrow**.

As Heathrow embarks upon its 7th regulatory period "H7", Costain was awarded two lots as Major Project Partner and Asset Renewal Partner for Terminal 2 - The Queen's Terminal.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week required at our Heathrow base.

**Role Requirements**
- Ability to assist and provide advice to Contract Management in the understanding of stakeholders (internal and external) aims, priorities and risks with regards to SHE
- Experience in managing and influencing client expectations
- A passion of Safety, Health and Environment
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
