The UK Governments, SPF funded, Employment Training Officer will be a part of the Local Authorities Aspire and Pathway to Work programmes which supports individuals as well as Young Care Leavers with realistic and sustainable employment and training opportunities. They will be expected to develop, design, procure and organise training linked to employers’ and participants ‘needs by developing, in collaboration with the projects Mentoring and Employment Officers. It is essential to ensure effective and sustained working relationships with training providers and adult education partners to secure the most appropriate training opportunities for individuals engaged with the project.
