**The Role**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our business, based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, as a CNC Setter/Operator.

You will be an expert with operating on CNC mills and lathes, as well as reading machine drawings and using inspection equipment.

This role provides a varied workload, a supportive team, as well as plenty of opportunity to grow and develop within your field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting and running CNC mills and lathe machines (2021 Hurco)
- Producing products, ensuring they are meeting drawing specifications and tolerances
- Produce one off parts/small batch work, as required
- Assembly of container castors
- Adhoc tasks as required by the Engineering Manager
- Ensuring the workshop is clean and maintained at all times

**About You**:

- Previous experience working as a CNC Operator, fully trained in all areas of engineering (setting, machining, inspection and measurement)
- Comfortable operating CNC mills and lathes
- An understanding of CNC principals
- Ability to read machine drawings
- Experience of using inspection equipment
- Proactive, and enjoys a varied workload
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Have reliable transport methods to get to our site based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire daily
- Holds the right to work within the UK

We are looking within the UK an do not require any agency support
