IT Recruitment Consultant

Basic Salary: £30-40k + Commission + Full Benefits

Do you have 2-5 years experience as an IT Recruitment Consultant, love recruitment but have not found the right company fit yet?

You want to build your own 360 recruitment desk without internal politics or restrictive rules?

Then could our team of IT Recruiters based in the Midlands be the perfect fit you're looking for?

You'd be joining our team of Senior IT Recruitment Consultants who work flexibly in a hybrid office/remote set up running their own 360 desks but working collaboratively and supporting each other in a fair and open way.

We also have an industry-leading training academy that brings Resourcers into the team on a 12-month training programme to progress them into 360 IT Recruitment Consultants.

So you would be able to benefit from the wealth of experience and knowledge of our Senior experienced team, as well as all the training and development offered to our more junior team, helping you sharpen your skills and progress as quickly as possible.

What is your IT Recruitment niche? Perhaps you don't have a niche yet but would like to be more specialist, or perhaps you would like to broaden the scope in which you can work.

We'd love to hear where you see yourself going. We have consultants who focus on a couple of development languages, some focus on vertical markets, some on specific operating systems or job titles but there are no fixed rules

We do think specialisms and niches can be a great way to build your personal brand and your network most effectively, and we'd love to help you do that but otherwise it's all up for discussion

Some of our Recruitment Consultant's existing niche markets include
- Opensource; Perl, Python, Ruby, Php, Go,
- Java, JavaScript
- Infrastructure; Dev ops, Linux, Azure, AWS, GCP, Support (Mac, Windows)
- ERP - SAP, Workforce, Azure, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics

There is room to join these niche areas or bolt on with your own tech speciality
