**What you’ll be doing**

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner you will be working as a highly effective individual who is nurturing, reflective and can be flexible in responding to different demands.

**What we need from you**
- You will be an outstanding Level 3 Nursery practitioner.
- You will have high expectations of learning and behaviour.
- You will deliver high quality childcare ensuring that the welfare requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage are consistently met.
- You will support other staff within the nursery.
- You will work in partnership with parents and carers to ensure that children in their care reach their full potential through the delivery of the EYFS curriculum.
- You will motivate and inspire children and adults through innovative practice.
- You will be positive, resilient, flexible, and work well in our happy team.
- You will share Unity’s vision and the values of the Big Life Group.
