**Job Overview**:
Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for design and a knack for leading a team to success? We're seeking a talented Senior Designer to join our dynamic team at Agency Twenty Three. As our Senior Designer, you will play a key role in overseeing the design team and ensuring that all creative outputs are on-brand and of the highest quality for our diverse range of clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their design needs and objectives.
- Conceptualise and create compelling designs that align with each client's brand identity, values, and target audience.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to navigate the development of design concepts from initial ideation to final execution, ensuring consistency and excellence throughout the process.
**- **Lead junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, and incorporate them into our work to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and deadlines to meet client expectations and deliver exceptional results.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven history in design with at least 4 years experience.
- Strong understanding of various design systems and competency across adobe.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
