As a Care Assistant you will be working within a Team of people from different backgrounds and with different set of skills whose goal is to provide the best quality care to the residents in our homes. Whilst having previous experience of working as Care Assistant or working in customer focused role is beneficial, do not worry if you do not have previous experience of working in that role.
