Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Waiter. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Upsell additional items or specials to enhance the guest experience
- Prepare bills and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with food preparation when needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

**Skills**:

- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest services
- Ability to upsell and promote menu items effectively
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and culinary techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.44-£14.00 per hour
