Responsible for scrutiny and regulatory committee meetings and ensure that meetings occur as timetabled
- Undertaking servicing committees; including organisation, administration, handling confidential material and minute writing
- Ensuring Councillors have up-to-date information they require at committees to make decision on council policy
- Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders (internal and external to the council)
- Provide advice and answers to and from councillors, officers and the general public
- Respond efficiently to procedural questions during meetings or provide general information
- Assist with local elections if required

- 1 Graduate officer
- 2 Administrative Assistants
