**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless operations of our goods-in/out department and maintaining accurate stock levels. Collaborating effectively with clients and manufacturers, you will ensure the safe and efficient delivery of items. As a Stock Control Co-ordinator, you will be an integral part of our fast-paced logistics team, utilizing your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage the flow of stock within Bluecube.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage stock, including the creation of weekly and ad-hoc stock reports.
- Monitor stock levels for new starter equipment and promptly notify when replenishment is needed.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Generate daily "pick lists" for equipment required by the builds team.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to determine necessary equipment from builds.
- Handle last-minute equipment requests from clients, demonstrating agility in responses.
- Retrieve stock for internal colleagues throughout the day, contributing to a seamless workflow.
- Initiate follow-up communication with clients, addressing any issues with lost or damaged shipments.
- Arrange and coordinate collections and deliveries, maintaining ongoing communication with clients and manufacturers.
- Demonstrate familiarity with the DPD/FedEx invoice reconciliation process.
- Monitor the Lighthouse ticket queue on a regular basis to ensure timely resolutions.
- Produce both internal and external reports, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Leverage experience in customs clearance procedures to navigate international shipments effectively.

**Role Objective**:
Take ownership of stock management within Bluecube, striving for utmost accuracy in internal tracking, processing, and client stock reporting. Focus on driving automation, streamlining processes, and maintaining the highest levels of quality and consistency.

**Skills and Background**:
**Essential**:

- Demonstrated experience in logistics/stock control roles.
- Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain efficiency.
- Effective problem-solving skills coupled with a proactive approach.
- Experience with customs clearance procedures for international shipments.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience within the IT sector, showcasing industry-specific knowledge.

**Qualifications / Accreditations**:

- Ideally, possess higher education qualifications or equivalent professional training.

**Salary / package**
- £24,000-£30,000 per annum depending on experience
